 Planning your wedding brings about a lot of excitement, and at times a bit overwhelming. From our first consultation, you'll feel confident that Bellisimo Events can help take the stress and worry out of planning for your special event.  Our packages are customized to meet all  your planning needs.

Services

This service is ideal for the  couple who want to take care of all the wedding planning,  but want to be able to turn it over to someone so they can enjoy their friends and family without the worry of logistical wedding details.

​

  • We will meet with you prior to the event to discuss your vendors, timelines, and your vision for the flow of the day.

  • We will create a detailed timeline/itinerary with the entire days happenings (ie, Hair and make-up schedules, photos, and of course ceremony and reception)

  • Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal at ceremony site or venue of your choosing

  • Finalize all your vendor contracts along with confirming their set-up and strike times

  • Supervise all vendor set up at ceremony site to ensure everything is to your expectations

  • Distribute all personal flowers (ie, boutonnieres, bouquets)

  • Coordinate bridal party line-up  and cueing of the music for processional

  • Supervise set-up and commitments of all reception vendors.

  • Coordinate with venue’s banquet and MC to  ensure that announcements/formalities happen at the appropriate times

  • Distribute any final payments or gratuities on your behalf

  • Secure all your belongings along with gifts either in your hotel room of with a designated person.

This service is perfect for the busy bridal couple that does not have the time for the plethora of wedding details that go along with the planning.  We will insure that your wedding reflects not only your aesthetic preferences, but your personalities and cultural traditions as well.

Along with all the services listed above in the “Month-of” section we will:

  • Have an initial meeting with you to discuss vision, priorities, budgets etc . All in an effort to help you determine the style/size of Wedding or Event

  • Schedule and accompany you to vendor selection meetings, these vendors include but are not limited to:

    • Ceremony Sites

    • Reception Sites

    • Florists

    • Caterers

    • Photographers

    • Rental houses

    • Entertainment (band's or Dj’s)

    • Invitation designers

    • Bridal party attire

  • Create spread sheets with vendor deposits, balances , due dates

  • Serve as direct contact for vendors
